  • 25 years in senior management positions (team leader, project manager, 11 years as project director for Gaia International Management Inc.) of multi-expert multi-disciplinary teams
  • Manager of 7 major, multi-million dollar development projectsfunded by World Bank, Asian Development Bank, EU and UNDP
  • Completed successfully consulting missions for WB, ADB, IFAD, FAO, USAID, for project design, development, loan negotiations, mid-term and post evaluations, with special focus on good governance, institutional as well as community development. This included two complex PPTA and TRTA for ADB as Team Leader in Cambodia in 2015 and 2017-2018.
  • Successful design and actual introduction of water utility and irrigation service fees on over 1 million hectares on technical irrigation areas in 8 major provinces of Indonesia
  • Innovations to management of UNDP/ADB/FAO micro-credit/poverty alleviation program through introduction of a GIS geographical information system/mapping based monitoring system
  • Advisor to World Bank – Integrity Vice Presidency – Anti-Corruption Unit at Washington DC Headquarters – on Corruption and Fraud Prevention.
